This is a pic I took at Balboa Park in San Diego. I believe this is the San Diego Art Museum. It was a fabulous day. Oh, by the way, I got to see 2 Diego Rivera’s, multiple old world masters and a fabulous exhibit on Black Womanhood. I was blissed out. Click on the pic to see all the fabo pics from my vacation.

We took the gals to Tanner Dog Park today. It is funny how a dog can sense when you are preparing to take them to their favorite place. As Juan and I slipped on our boots and grabbed our winter gear the dogs started running in circles, chirping and almost exploding with joy. Their favorite activity is fetching a tennis ball, over and over and over and over…Maggie had a little blood on her back paw, which after careful examination was a small cut, probably from the icy ground. Of course, she didn’t care, she continued to run. I love this photo. Such joy and you can tell what beautiful creatures they truly are.
In peace.
Really? If you could take your dogs to a dog park with a view like this, why wouldn’t you? This park is about 5 minutes from my house. On the left side (from this view) is the freeway, but this trail will wind all the way into Millcreek canyon. People bike and hike the shoreline trail. The park is always off leash, but the canyon is off leash on odd days. What a great place to live!
My dad paintbrushed this old pic of mine in photoshop. I think it looks really cool and wanted to share. It was from the 1996 Christmas parade in Lafayette Indiana. That is me in the middle holding the beater.
I am starting to keep pace with the digital age and have begun to digitalize all my pics that were taken before digital cameras. It doesn’t seem possible that when I moved to Utah 8 years ago digital cameras were still minimally used…ah well. This is one of my fave pics of my dad. I don’t remember this Christmas, being only 2 at the time, but love the bell bottoms, the banjo, the whole thing. I have added pics to family photos, friends and added some new sets. Take a gander.
In Peace.
Excuse the humor in the name of the lion, this video makes me cry every time I watch. I hate the stupid song (Whitney, blah), but the video is great.

This is living proof that Molly and Maggie will do anything and wait any amount of time for a tennis ball to be thrown. Camera in right hand, tennis ball in left, I took several pictures of them.
