Nick & Chris

This is an old picture I scanned during Christmas a couple of years ago, so I could always have it with me. This is from Christmas in the early 80’s. Look at the huge smiles on both of their faces…it pains my heart with happiness. I’ve uploaded some new pics of my family….some borrowed from them in order to brag about their wondefulness. I love all of you and I cannot wait to see you at Christmas…..

Sophie’s new coat

Originally uploaded by bukowskigrl.

I have finally uploaded new pics of my princesses in their new coats. I wouldn’t normally spend money on dog clothes, but for $3 at Old Navy I couldn’t resist. Plus, I was worried about Old Sophie getting cold in her old age. She is too old to get her butt up in the bed, and therefore sleeps on the floor. I bought her a nice warm bed, but fretted constantly about her ability to stay warm. She wears this coat constantly. In fact, when I take it off she follows me around until I put it back on. So, she has two coats: 1 pink and 1 blue. Isn’t she adorable. Click on the pic and see all my new pics of the gals.

Millcreek Canyon

Originally uploaded by Nani & Carlos.

Went hiking today with my good friend Jamie and our three dogs: Molly, Max & Neutron. I forgot my camera (Figures!) and didn’t get any action shots today. However, I found this awesome picture on flickr of the canyon we hiked. The powder was thick, fresh and wonderful. The dogs were ecstatic as they ran ahead and back, up and down, and basically any other direction possible. They sniffed every dog they met along the way and Jamie and I got in a good 3 mile hike. It was the perfect way to spend a Sunday. I can’t wait until the next big snow storm so I can take Molly while it snows. The best thing about this canyon: It is off leash for dogs on odd days. Wonderful days-wondeful memories.
